Website Terms of Use
1. Who we are
REVO90 (revo90.co.uk) is run by [Company name] Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number], registered office [registered office address]). Contact us at [contact email] or through our contact form.
By using REVO90 you agree to these terms. If you sign in as a club editor, our Club Terms also apply. If you sign in as a player, our Player Terms also apply.
2. What's on REVO90
Results, fixtures, tables, statistics, player profiles and club news on REVO90 come from clubs and league officials, and from results and statistics leagues have already published. We try to keep things accurate, but we can't guarantee that everything is correct, complete or up to date. REVO90 is not an official FA or league website. For official results, check with the league.
3. Using the site
You can browse and share REVO90 for personal use. Please don't:
- copy or scrape large parts of the site, or reuse our data or content commercially, without our permission;
- try to access accounts or areas you're not authorised to use, or interfere with how the site works;
- use REVO90 to harass, abuse or target any player, official, club or person.
4. What you can't post
Clubs, players and anyone else who adds content to REVO90 (news, photos, messages, recruitment posts, profiles) must not post anything that:
- is illegal, including threats, harassment, hate based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or gender identity, or encouraging violence;
- shows or names anyone under 18, apart from youth fixtures and results that a club or league has published;
- is sexual, or shows violence or self-harm;
- is defamatory, or shares someone's private information (such as home addresses, phone numbers or medical details);
- pretends to be a club, league or person you're not;
- rules people out of a role or a place in a team because of age, sex, race, religion, disability or similar, unless the law allows it;
- uses photos, logos or writing you don't have permission to use;
- is spam, a scam, or advertising for gambling.
5. Reporting and how we deal with it
If you see something inaccurate, offensive, illegal or that you think shouldn't be here, or you want your own details removed, use the report form or the "Report or remove" link on any player profile. You don't need an account.
- Safeguarding concerns and anything that may be illegal are looked at first, and taken down straight away if needed.
- We aim to look at every other report within a few days, and privacy requests within one month.
- We may remove content, hide a page, or suspend an editor or player account. Where we can, we'll tell the person who posted it why.
- If you think we got it wrong, either by removing something or by leaving it up, reply to our email or use the report form with "Something else", and someone who wasn't involved in the first decision will look at it again.
6. Club pages REVO90 set up
Some club pages are set up by REVO90 from published fixtures and results before the club joins. They're clearly marked, they aren't run or endorsed by the club, and they don't show badges or players' names. The club can claim the page for free and choose what shows on it, or contact us about anything on it. Players can still ask for their own details to be hidden at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The REVO90 name, logo, design and software belong to us. Club and league names are used only to identify them. Club badges, photos and news belong to the clubs or the people who created them, and are shown with their permission.
8. Links and advertising
We may link to other sites and show advertising or sponsors. We're not responsible for other sites' content.
9. Liability
The public site is free to use and provided "as is". We're not liable for losses caused by relying on information on the site, or by it being unavailable, except where the law doesn't let us limit liability (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
