Club Terms

Last updated 13 October 2026 · Version 1.1

The short version

  • Your club keeps ownership of everything it posts. You let us show it on REVO90 and share it on our channels.
  • You're responsible for what your club's editors post: it must be accurate, lawful and not abusive.
  • Only add players aged 18 or over, and tell your players their details appear on REVO90.
  • Keep sign-in links private, and tell us when someone leaves the committee.
  • REVO90 has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. You only pay for Pro if you choose it, and you can stop at the end of any paid period.
  • Availability replies, subs records and other club admin are yours. We only handle them to run the tools for you.
  • Either of us can end this at any time.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between [Company name] Ltd (company number [company number], registered office [registered office address]), trading as REVO90 ("we", "us"), and the football club you are signing in for ("the Club", "you").

By accepting, you confirm that you are an officer or committee member of the Club, or have been authorised by the Club, and that you have authority to accept these terms on the Club's behalf. If you're signing in for more than one club, these terms apply to each of them separately.

These terms sit alongside our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If anything conflicts, these Club Terms win for anything you do as an editor.

2. What REVO90 provides

REVO90 gives the Club a public club page, editor tools to publish results, line-ups, scorers, cards, player of the match, squad and player profiles, news, sponsors and club information, and club admin tools such as availability links, subs tracking, recruitment posts, share graphics and sponsor reports ("the Service").

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something the Club relies on, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

3. Editor accounts

  • Editor access is by invitation only, and each editor signs in with their own email address. The Club decides who its editors are and asks us to add or remove them.
  • Sign-in links are personal. Don't forward them or share access.
  • Tell us promptly when an editor leaves the Club or should no longer have access, or if you think an account has been misused.
  • The Club is responsible for everything done through its editors' accounts. Changes are logged with the editor's email and the time.

4. Your content

"Club Content" means anything the Club or its editors add: results, match events, player details, photos, news, sponsor logos, badges and club information.

  • You keep ownership. The Club, or whoever owns it, keeps all rights in Club Content.
  • Licence to us. The Club gives us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, format, adapt (for example resizing photos or turning results into graphics) and publish Club Content on REVO90 and on REVO90's social media, apps and newsletters, and to use it to promote REVO90.
  • Records. Results, scores, appearances and goals form part of a league's historical record. If the Club stops using REVO90, we may keep showing past results and statistics. Other content (news, photos, sponsors, club information) is removed on request, apart from copies in routine backups, which are overwritten over time.
  • Badges and names. The Club lets us show its name, badge and colours to identify the Club on REVO90. We won't use them to suggest the Club endorses anything else without asking.

5. What the Club promises

The Club promises that, for all Club Content:

  • it is accurate to the best of the Club's knowledge, and is corrected promptly if it's wrong;
  • the Club owns it or has permission to use it (including photos, sponsor logos and anything written by someone else);
  • it is not defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or misleading, and doesn't criticise match officials, players or other clubs in a way that breaches FA or league rules;
  • it doesn't include anyone's private information such as home addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, medical or injury details, or disciplinary matters that haven't been made public by the FA or league;
  • it doesn't promote gambling, alcohol or anything else in a way that breaks advertising rules, and any sponsor content complies with the CAP Code;
  • recruitment posts don't rule people out because of age, sex, race, religion, disability or similar, unless the law allows it;
  • it doesn't break any law, FA rule, league rule or safeguarding policy, or our rules on what can't be posted.

6. Players and other people

  • Adults only. Only add players and people who are 18 or over. Don't add photos, profiles or names of anyone under 18. Junior football isn't supported yet.
  • Tell your players. The Club must let its players know their name, appearances, goals, cards and any photo or bio the Club adds will appear publicly on REVO90, and point them to our Privacy Policy. Adding a line to your registration form or club group chat is enough.
  • Photos. Only upload a player's photo if they're happy for it to be used. If a player asks for their photo or profile to be removed, remove it or let us know.
  • Player accounts. Only approve a player's claim to their profile if you're confident the email belongs to that player.
  • Requests. If you receive a removal, correction or privacy request through REVO90, deal with it promptly. If you can't, tell us and we will. For privacy requests we may act without waiting for the Club.

7. Our rights

We may edit, hide or remove any content, and suspend or remove any editor, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, the law, or FA or league rules, or if we receive a complaint we need to look into. Where practical we'll tell the Club first.

8. Plans and fees

  • Free plan. The club page, results, squad, stats, news, availability links, recruitment and standard share graphics are free.
  • Pro plan. Pro adds extra features, such as club-branded graphic styles, weekly graphics, subs tracking, sponsor reports, more sponsors and more editor logins. The current price is shown in Club HQ before the Club agrees to it.
  • Agreeing and paying. Pro only starts once the Club has agreed to it. We'll confirm the price, the period it covers and how to pay before anything is charged.
  • Renewals and cancelling. We'll remind the Club before Pro renews. The Club can cancel at any time, and Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid for. When Pro ends, the Club moves to the free plan and keeps its page and data.
  • Price changes. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it won't apply to a period the Club has already paid for.
  • Free features. If we ever start charging for something that is free now, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.

9. Sponsors and advertising

The Club is responsible for its own sponsorship arrangements. We just display the sponsors the Club adds. We may show our own advertising and sponsors elsewhere on REVO90, including on club pages. We won't show gambling advertising on club pages without telling the Club first.

10. Availability

We work hard to keep REVO90 running and accurate, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that data won't be lost. Keep your own records of anything important, such as results you need to report to your league. REVO90 is not an official FA or league system and doesn't replace any reporting your league requires.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
  • Neither of us is liable for loss of profit, revenue, sponsorship or goodwill, or for indirect losses.
  • Otherwise, our total liability to the Club in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees the Club paid us in that period.
  • The Club will cover our reasonable losses and costs if someone brings a claim against us because Club Content breached section 5 or 6.

12. Data protection

Public information. We are the controller of personal data published on REVO90 (results, statistics, profiles) and handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy. The Club is responsible for having a fair and lawful basis for giving us personal data about its players and officials, and for telling them, as set out in section 6.

Club admin data. For information the Club keeps in Club HQ only for running the Club, such as availability replies, subs and match fee records, and messages, the Club is the controller and we process it on the Club's behalf. For that data we will:

  • only use it to provide the Service to the Club, following the Club's instructions in these terms and in how it uses Club HQ;
  • make sure anyone who can access it is bound to keep it confidential;
  • keep it secure, and tell the Club without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting it;
  • only use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and tell the Club before adding new ones;
  • help the Club deal with requests from people about their data, and with any breach;
  • delete or return it when the Club stops using the Service, apart from copies in routine backups, which are overwritten over time;
  • give the Club the information it reasonably needs to show it is meeting its data protection duties.

The Club should only collect what it needs: don't record medical details, and don't add anyone under 18. Each of us will cooperate reasonably to deal with any request or complaint about personal data.

13. Ending this agreement

The Club can stop using REVO90 at any time by telling us. We can end this agreement by giving 30 days' notice, or straight away if the Club seriously breaks these terms. When it ends, editor access stops and section 4 explains what happens to Club Content. Sections 4, 11 and 12 continue to apply after it ends.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, editors will be asked to accept the new version the next time they sign in, and we'll explain what's changed. If the Club doesn't accept, it can stop using the Service.

15. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right straight away doesn't mean we've given it up. Neither party can transfer this agreement without the other's agreement, except that we may transfer it to a company that takes over REVO90.
