Privacy Policy
The short version
- We publish football information: names, appearances, goals, cards, and photos and bios that clubs or players add.
- We never publish email addresses, and we don't collect dates of birth or home addresses. The only phone numbers we hold are ones people choose to add when messaging a club, and only that club sees them.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can ask us to correct, hide or remove your details at any time using the removal form.
1. Who we are
[Company name] Ltd (company number [company number]), trading as REVO90, is the controller of the personal data described here. Our registered office is [registered office address]. Contact us at [contact email] or through our contact form. ICO registration number: [ICO registration number].

| People who contact us | Name, email, and what you tell us | You |
| Everyone | Basic technical data (IP address, browser) in our hosting provider's security logs. A count of page views for each club, which doesn't identify you. Visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type) from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and can't identify you. | Your browser |
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- Publishing results, statistics and player profiles: legitimate interests. Grassroots football results and who played and scored are of genuine interest to players, clubs and supporters, and are information clubs and leagues routinely make public. We limit this to football information and give everyone an easy way to object.
- Photos and bios: legitimate interests, on the basis that the club or player added them with the player's agreement. Removed on request.
- Visit statistics: legitimate interests, to see which pages are used and fix what isn't working. No cookies, and nothing that identifies you.
- Editor and player accounts: to provide the service you've signed up for (contract), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
- Availability, subs and line-ups: your club decides what to keep and why (usually its legitimate interest in running its teams), and we handle it for them. Only your club's editors can see it.
- Change logs and terms records: legitimate interests, so we can see who changed what, put mistakes right and deal with disputes.
- Answering requests: legitimate interests, and our legal obligations where it's a data protection request.
We don't use your data for automated decisions about you, and we don't sell or rent it.
4. Children
REVO90 only publishes adult football. Clubs agree not to add anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 is on the site, please tell us and we'll remove them straight away.
5. Who we share it with
Player profiles and match information are public. Behind the scenes we use these service providers, who only process data on our instructions:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage
- Vercel: website hosting
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We may also share data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if REVO90 is ever sold.
6. How long we keep it
- Match results and statistics form part of the historical record of a season and are kept unless you ask us to remove or hide your details.
- Photos, bios and player accounts are kept until you or your club remove them.
- Availability replies and subs records are kept while your club uses REVO90, and deleted when the club asks or leaves.
- Editor accounts are removed when the club or league asks, or after 2 years without a sign-in.
- Change logs, terms records and requests are kept for 2 years.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the data we hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- object to us publishing your details, and have them hidden or removed;
- erasure of your data where there's no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict how we use it while a request is looked into;
- portability: get a copy of data you gave us, in a usable format.
Use the removal and privacy form, or the "Report or remove" link on your profile. We'll reply within one month. It's free.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
8. Security
Editor access is invitation-only, uses sign-in links instead of passwords, and is limited to each editor's own club or league. Email addresses are stored separately from public data and are never published. Every change is logged.
9. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We'll update this policy if what we do changes, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
